Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add milk powder, yeast with a cup of hot water. Cover it and keep it in a warm/hot place for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add flour, salt and oil and make a very sticky dough from it.
Add some flour and knead it well, the stickiness will go. Apply oil on the dough, cover it and rest it for an hour.
After an hour size the dough will rise, knead it once more to make a soft dough.
Now, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, green chilli, garlic, tomato, green capsicum and red capsicum.Saute it for a while.
Add slightly fried and mashed fish.
Add all sauce, salt and toss it in high flame for few minutes. Once it is ready, keep it aside.
Take small portions from dough, roll it like a roti. Cut four corners from the center and place 1 tbsp fish mixture in the middle.
Wrap it open portion and shape it into a rose. Prepare all roses and brush butter over it.
Put another vessel, in a kadhai or pressure cooker. Cover it and heat it for 10 minutes on medium heat.
After 10 minutes, place all the roses in the stand, cover it and bake it for 25-30 minutes on low flame. Once it starts to cook the colour will change. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
Switch off the flame, open the lid and take out the bun from the cooker.
Brush butter over it, sprinkle sesame seeds, cool it at room temperature and serve.
