Knead the flour with required amount of water along with 1 tsp salt.

Wash and grate radish after peeling it, use a medium sized grater.

Once the radish is grated, tap it dry using a kitchen towel. Ensure to absorb maximum water from the vegetable.

Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, ajwain, and finely chopped green chillies.

Make small balls of aata from the prepared dough and flatten it with the rolling pin. Ensure that the base is a little thick.

Take a small portion of the radish stuffing and place it in the middle of the rolled out disc. Close the disc and make it into a ball covering the filling.

Using dry wheat flour, roll out the same dough ball again. Meanwhile, heat a pan or a tawa.

Cook the paratha on both sides. Once you find a few brown spots on the paratha apply ghee.

Take it pour from the pan, add a big dollop of butter and serve it hot with curd and pickle if needed.
