It is an easy to make, simple yet tasty dish that can be prepared effortlessly.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Knead wheat flour with salt and required amount of water.

Step 2 :

In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli, finely chopped green chilli, ajwain, saunf, chopped onion, finely chopped methi and oil.

Step 3 :

Mix all the ingredients and make sure the stuffing is thick enough.

Step 4 :

Fold the dough, make small round balls and roll each of it into discs using a rolling pin.

Step 5 :

Stuff the besan mixture equally into each of those discs, fold it and again using a rolling pin, roll it into rotis. Cook it on the tawa on sim.

Step 6 :

After it slightly cooks from one side, apply 1/2 tsp of oil and spread it evenly over the paratha. Cook the other side the same way.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with ghee or butter.
