Ingredients

8 Slices Bread 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

6 pieces Garlic 1 medium Onion

1 medium Tomato 1 medium Capsicum

1 medium Red Capsicum 1 medium Yellow Capsicum

12 medium French Beans 0.05 Cup Carrot

0.05 Cup Sweet Corn 1 Cup Paneer

1 Cup Britannia Cheese 0.05 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper 2 tbsp Oregano

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Cut the slices of bread in roundels using a bowl.

Step 2 :

Make two portions of the roundels. Take one portion and keep it aside. Take the other round portions and make smaller roundels in the middle using a smaller bowl.

Step 3 :

Now in a bowl take 0.5 cup melted cheese, tomato ketchup, salt and oregano and mix it together.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan. Saute the garlic until aromatic.

Step 5 :

Add onion and saute for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, capsicum, bell peppers, beans and carrots.

Step 6 :

Add salt, a pinch of pepper and saute on high heat for a minute.

Step 7 :

Switch off the heat and keep the mixture separate.

Step 8 :

Now take the full bread disc at the bottom. Spread the tomato and cheese dip on the base.

Step 9 :

Put the other round disc with a hole on the top and seal the edges.

Step 10 :

On the hole put the vegetable mixture and top it with cheese.

Step 11 :

Bake it a preheat oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
