This is a crunchy masala dish that goes well with roti or rice.

Step 1 :

Finely chop the onion, green chillies and tomatoes.

Step 2 :

Drain water from the tuna can and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and let it crackle.

Step 4 :

Now add the chopped onions and curry leaves, saute until the onion become slightly transparent.

Step 5 :

Add ginger-garlic paste along with chopped green chillies and saute it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 6 :

Add the chopped tomatoes and saute until the tomato is mashed and the oil separates.

Step 7 :

Now add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, fennel powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and crushed black pepper. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.

Step 8 :

Add the canned tuna and mix it well with the masala.

Step 9 :

Check for salt and add if required. Saute for 2 minutes until the mixture is dry.
