Step 1 :

To make the batter, take a large mixing bowl and add condensed milk and butter to it. Mix it well.

Step 2 :

To the butter mixture, add all-purpose flour, chocolate powder and baking powder. Follow this with baking soda and vanilla essence.

Step 3 :

Combine it well and whisk the batter until smooth.

Step 4 :

Add the chocolate chips into the batter right before baking.

Step 5 :

Bake the cake in the microwave for 20 minutes or until it is completely cooked.

Step 6 :

To make the frosting, heat the rest of the condensed milk in a pan. Add the chocolate powder, vanilla and butter. Stir and cook until it is thick and lump-free.

Step 7 :

Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.

Step 8 :

After baking the cake, take it out and let it sit for a while.

Step 9 :

Then, slice the cake horizontally into halves and spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream. Then, cover it with the other half, sandwiching the ice cream in between the cake slices.

Step 10 :

Pour in the prepared frosting and serve.
