Millet Balls

These millet balls are full of protein and gives instant energy in the winter season.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mix together wheat flour, gram flour, urad flour, millet flour and two big spoons of ghee.

Step 2 :

Make tight dough from the mixture and thereafter make small oval shaped balls from it.

Step 3 :

Heat ghee in a deep bottom pan and deep fry these prepared balls.

Step 4 :

Once it cools down, take a mixi jar and crush to make coarse powder.

Step 5 :

Take a pan and heat jaggery in it. Once it melts, add chopped almonds and cashew nuts to it.

Step 6 :

Add cardamom powder and roasted til powder to it.

Step 7 :

Add the prepared coarse powder and mix well. Make balls from it and garnish it with chopped walnuts.
