2 pieces Pav 2 tbsp Butter

0.05 Cup Paneer 0.25 Cup Potato

1 tbsp Jeera Powder 1 tbsp Chilli Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Chaat Masala

1 tbsp Green Chilli 1 tbsp Coriander

1 Slices Britannia Cheese Slice 0.25 tsp Salt

0.05 Cup Oil 0.05 Cup Mint Chutney

3 pieces Britannia Cheese Cubes 0.05 Cup Besan

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a mixing bowl, add paneer, potato and all the powders, green chillies and coriander and mix well.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add besan and all the powders and make a batter.

Step 3 :

Dip the patty in the batter, then dip the patty in the oil and fry it till it turns golden brown.

Step 4 :

Assemble the vada pav. On the bun, spread mint chutney, then place the patty, then place the Britannia cheese slice.

Step 5 :

Serve with ketchup/sauce.
