This yummy sago paratha is a great new way to eat sago. All the flavors blend together perfectly! Its a great tiffin lunch served with curd.

Step 1 :

In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, mashed sabudana, and 2 tbsp grated carrot.

Step 2 :

Then, add 1/4th tsp each of salt, green chilly paste, and jeera powder.

Step 3 :

Add sufficient water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.

Step 4 :

Roll the dough ball into a paratha using a rolling pin.

Step 5 :

Roast both sides of the paratha thoroughly on a heated tawa, with 1 tsp ghee.

Step 6 :

Serve hot.
