Step 1 :
Marinate the paneer well and keep it aside.
Step 2 :
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Step 3 :
Add the spice mix from the pack.
Step 4 :
Flash fry the spices in hot oil for 5 seconds.
Step 5 :
Add the marinated paneer. Cook for 2 minutes until seared on all sides.
Step 6 :
Add the butter masala sauce from the pack.
Step 7 :
Stir & cook for 1-2 mins. Add water as required.
Step 8 :
Cover and cook over low flame for 5-7 mins.
Step 9 :
Garnish with fresh cream & coriander leaves.
Step 10 :
Serve it on a hot bed of basmati rice.
