A preservative-free, healthy snack you can enjoy with chicken salad or in a meaty sandwich.

Step 1 :

Take 250 gm chicken keema and season it with salt and crushed black pepper as per your taste.

Step 2 :

Add ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp.

Step 3 :

Add chopped parsley - 3 tbsp.

Step 4 :

Add chopped sweet basil -3 tbsp.

Step 5 :

Add chopped fresh red chilli - to taste.

Step 6 :

Add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Step 7 :

Once the mixture is ready, it should have a tacky doughy consistency.

Step 8 :

Take some of the chicken mince and roll it an aluminum foil like a long toffee. Give it the proper salami shape.

Step 9 :

Steam or directly poach in water for 20 min.

Step 10 :

Once done, let it cool completely. Then slice it into thin pieces of salami.
