Instant Bread Dahi Bada

Here's a take on the classic chaat, dahi bada, with a bready twist.

Step 1 :

Blend curd in a bowl so that it is smooth.

Step 2 :

Add half teaspoon of salt and around 2 teaspoons of sugar.

Step 3 :

Now chop boiled potatoes (100 gm) in small cubes and put them into this curd for 5 min.

Step 4 :

Parallely, take 2 bread slice and cut it into a circle using a steel glass. Dip it into curd.

Step 5 :

For plating, put 1 circular slice of curd dipped bread on the plate.

Step 6 :

Now put potatoes from curd and put 2nd circular curd dipped bread.

Step 7 :

For garnishing, put some pinch of salt, roasted cumin powder, pinch of red chilli powder, coriander leaves, pomegranate seeds and some chips. Use remaining 2 Slices of bread and curd dipped potatoes to make one more dahi bada.
