Cooking Steps

Litti Chokha

Step 1 :

Mix wheat with salt and cumin seeds and prepare a dough for litti.

Step 2 :

Mix all stuffing ingredients: sattu, ginger, cut chilli, ginger garlic paste.

Step 3 :

Close and make a ball of dough filled with stuffing.

Step 4 :

Close and make a ball of the dough filled with stuffing.

Step 5 :

Put it in oven till cooked.

Step 6 :

Meanwhile grill the brinjal.

Step 7 :

Post grilling, add all ingredients like chopped onion, boiled potato and chilli.

Step 8 :

Add lemon juice.

Step 9 :

Serve with salad and chutney of your choice.
