1 Cup Wheat flour 0.25 Cup Oats powder

0.5 Cup Brown sugar 60 ml Oil

1 tbsp Orange crush 1 tablespoon Kiwi crush

2 tbsp Desiccated coconut 1 tsp Orange zest

0.75 Cup Milk 1 tsp Vinegar

0.25 tsp Baking soda 0.25 tsp Baking powder

0.5 tsp Dry ginger powder 0.12 tsp Cinnamon powder

0.12 tsp Cloves powder 1 a pinch of Nutmeg powder

1 tsp Vanilla essence 2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Take a bowl, mix milk and vinegar and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Now take another bowl add brown sugar, and oil, and whisk it till the sugar melts. Once the sugar melts, add in the milk mixture and mix everything well.

Step 3 :

Now sift in wheat flour, oats powder, baking powder, and baking soda through a sieve.

Step 4 :

Then add all the spices- dry ginger powder, cloves, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and desiccated coconut. Mix everything well.

Step 5 :

Then add all the spices- dry ginger powder, cloves, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and desiccated coconut. Mix everything well. Further, divide this batter into 3 equal parts.

Step 6 :

Now in one part add orange zest and orange crush. Mix this and keep it aside. In the second part add kiwi crush. Mix and keep it aside.

Step 7 :

In the third part, add vanilla essence. Mix and keep it aside. Now in all the parts add chocolate chips.

Step 8 :

Now line a cake tin with butter paper and grease it with oil.

Step 9 :

Fill all three colour batters one by one. First fill the tray with kiwi batter, followed by vanilla essence batter, and finally, the orange batter.

Step 10 :

Bake this cake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut the cake into slices and serve it.
