Cooking Steps

Fig Pudding

Step 1 :

Soak fig in water for 1 hour and grind into a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

In a pan add milk, jaggery, fig paste and corn flour mix well on a medium flame till it gets thick.

Step 3 :

Now transfer into moulds and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.

Step 4 :

Serve with pudina on top.
