Yakhni Kebab

This is a perfect recipe to celebrate Bakrid. It is made with mutton keema cooked in aromatic spices resulting in a mouthwatering dish that will leave you craving more.

Cooking Steps

Yakhni Kebab

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a cooker add chopped onion and ginger and stir, add mutton mince and salt and stir.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, take dry whole ingredients except garlic bud in a muslin cloth and make a potli of this.

Step 3 :

Now add garlic bud, prepared potli (add little water make sure not mushy only cook) curd, stir and take 4 to 5 whistles till minced nicely cook.

Step 4 :

When keema cooks, stir the excess water, squeeze the garlic and discard the potli.

Step 5 :

Add bread pieces and mashed them with a masher till all nicely combined.

Step 6 :

Now add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, lemon juice and garam masala and adjust the salt in this and mix well.

Step 7 :

Now make equal size patties and fry them in hot oil.

Step 8 :

Now "Yakhni Kebab" is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste with Pav or Naan.
