Ingredients

Chocolate Crepe Love Letter

2 nos. Eggs 1 nos. Lindberg milk chocolate (melted)

2 Cup Milk 1 piece of Salt

1 tbsp Melted butter 0.33 Cup All purpose flour

1 Cup Whipped cream 4 nos. Fruits to garnish of your choice

Cooking Steps

Chocolate Crepe Love Letter

Step 1 :

Melt the Lindberg milk chocolate bar. Whisk together the eggs and milk.

Step 2 :

Now whisk in the all-purpose flour, salt and melted butter.

Step 3 :

Heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. Pour over the crepe batter and cook. Remove the crepes and let it cool.

Step 4 :

Place the crepes. Apply the whipped cream and place some chopped strawberries.

Step 5 :

Fold as an envelope. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh fruit and Lindberg milk chocolate pieces. (Note: the marker used on the plate is completely edible to write I LOVE YOU)
