Step 1 :

In a mixing bowl, add the flour, maida, grated potato, sugar, salt, and egg along with yoghurt, and mix everything well.

Step 2 :

Gently pour milk to get a smooth batter-like consistency. Optionally add cheese.

Step 3 :

Heat the waffle maker and grease it with butter. Pour the waffle batter and close and toast until they are golden and crisp.

For Topping

Step 1 :

Remove from the waffle maker top with a dollop of cream cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
