Sweeten your desserts with a luscious Ghee Caramel Sauce made with A2 organic ghee for a rich, smooth finish.

Cooking Steps

Ghee Caramel Sauce

Step 1 :

Add some sugar to a saucepan and heat it on low flame. Keep stirring until it begins to melt.

Step 2 :

Once a light caramel colour is obtained, remove from the flame, pour in the ghee and stir to get a uniform mixture.

Step 3 :

Now add some fresh cream to get that rich caramel glazed sauce. Add a pinch to salt to give it a salted caramel flavour.

Step 4 :

Pour into a serving bowl and pour over fruits, ice-creams etc. and enjoy.
