Step 1
:
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a non stick pan. When hot, Add hing, jeera and let it splutter.
Step 2

Add kasoori methi & green chillis and saute a bit. Then add finely chopped onion and cook on low flame till translucent.
Step 3

Add paneer, khova, boiled peas & corns, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala & black pepper powder and mix well. Cover with lid & Keep it on medium-low flame for 5 mins.
Step 4

When the stuffing is properly cooked, switch off the stove and transfer it in another plate and mix grated cheese into the stuffing now.
Step 5

Take 1 medium sized capsicum and remove its cap from top using a knife. Remove the white seed part inside the capsicum from top and empty it.
Step 6

Fill this stuffing inside the capsicum. Press properly and fill the stuffing tightly.
Step 7
:
Now cut the capsicum into approx 2cm wide pieces. Approx 3-4 pieces per capsicum might happen.
Step 8

Now, in the same nonstick pan, add 1 tsp ghee and put 3-4 stuffed pieces in it.
Step 9

With lid on, Cook on low flame for 4-5 mins and then on high flame for 15 seconds. Flip the side and again put the lid & cook for 4-5 mins on low flame & 15 seconds on high flame or until golden brown in color.
Step 10
:
Put the lid, Turn off the stove and let it rest for 1-2 mins. Do not overcook or the taste of capsicum will be lost. Then, just serve hot and enjoy.
Step 11
:
It is best to be served as a starter. You can also have it with roti, paratha or butter naan.
