A Healthy nutritious halwa made from wheat flour, with rich dry fruits. It is very quick and easy to prepare.

Cooking Steps

Steps for Gehu Aate Ka Halwa

Step 1 :

Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan with high flame.

Step 2 :

Now simmer the flame and add wheat flour and mix well. Keep stirring till the color of the flour changes.

Step 3 :

Now add milk and sugar at the same time and mix well. Keep mixing till the flour leaves the corner of the pan.

Step 4 :

Now add cardamom, nutmeg powder and slivered dry fruits and mix well.

Step 5 : For Serving

Garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
