Cooking Steps

Steps for Pork Curry

Step 1 :

Wash the Raw Pork meat cleanly in cold water.

Step 2 :

Mix the Raw Pork meat 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Turmeric & 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder and marinate for 15 to 20 Minutes.

Step 3 :

Without Oil, put the marinated meat to Steel Vessel to cook for 10 to 15 minutes with little glass of water (Pork skin contains oil)

Step 4 :

Meanwhile, put the onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, garlic with small glass of water into mixer grinder and grind lightly, not to paste (Just a raw mix of all these)

Step 5 :

Mix the Paste into boiled pork with small glass of water, little salt as per your taste, let it boil for another 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 6 :

Then add Coorg pork masala 2 to 3 spoon (Black Pepper Masala) into boiled pork and mix it up till the pork curry turns dark colour (like masala Colour)

Step 7 :

Then add Kachamapuli sauce to boiled pork as per your taste (One Big Spoon is enough)

Step 8 :

Then mix it up thoroughly and let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes.

Step 9 : Serving

Now COORG PORK CURRY MASALA is ready to serve. Add a little raw coriander leaves for fragrance and while serving add lemon for more taste. Pork Curry masala is best with Rice Roti (Akki Rotti).
