Steps

Step 1 :

First grind Moong dal and green chilly, then mix chopped onion and besan to ground paste. Do not mix water. Mix it well.

Step 2 :

It should be thick, hard paste and then add all the dry ingredients, chopped coriander and curry leaves. Mix it well.

Step 3 :

Then fry it in a hot oil, till golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
