Steps

Step 1 :

Finely chop the onion, take flour, add salt, onions, pomegranate seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon of oil.

Step 2 :

Mix well add some water and bring the dough together, do not knead to much the dough must be stiff.

Step 3 :

Divide the dough in 3 to 4 portions, take each portion and roll with rolling pin just to flatten the roll.

Step 4 :

Slightly roast it on both sides on hot tawa take it off flame and place on board,again roll it with rolling pin till it reaches thickness of paratha.

Step 5 :

Place it on tawa again, cook on each side, on medium flame adding little oil or ghee from sides till small brown patches appear on surface.

Step 6 :

Repeat for remaining dough. Serve hot with curd or pickle or tea or papad.
