Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 :
On a baking pan place aluminium foil.
Step 3 :
On that place the beets, mixed lettuce/rocket leaves and cheese one after the other.
Step 4 :
Sprinkle chopped garlic and olive oil.
Step 5 :
On a separate pan heat peanut oil and butter.
Step 6 :
Pour in the mixture over the arranged dish.
Step 7 :
Bake for 40 mins. Garnish with crumbled feta cheese.
