Preparation

Step 1 :

In a pressure cooker, put 20 almonds soaked in water for at least 4 to 5 hours and peeled.

Step 2 :

Then put onion, cabbage, cauliflower, potato and water all together and give 4 to 5 whistles on a medium flame.

Step 3 :

Then blend all of them and strain it with the help of sieve. Then take a kadai, put butter in it. Then put the above mixture in it. Stir it continuously untill boil comes.

Step 4 :

Then add milk to it by stirring it continuously till boil comes. Add little more water to it, if required. Then add salt and pepper to it. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. Then add coriander and remaining 5 to 6 almonds (chopped finely) into it. Soup is ready to serve.
