Make a thick batter with pakoda ingredients. Deep fry small portions of the batter in oil until golden color.

Whisk together with the curd, gram flour, turmeric, water, salt and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, then add chilli powder, garlic and cumin seeds then add kadi mixture and boil on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Then add pakodas to the kadi.
