Cooking Steps

Japanese Milk Pudding

Step 1 :

Take a large pan and mix milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla essence. Sprinkle gelatin/agar into the mixture and whisk till the gelatin/agar dissolves.

Step 2 :

Turn on the stove and heat the mix on low flame till sugar and gelatin/agar combines into the mix. Do not let the mix boil.

Step 3 :

Turn off the stove. Take small jars or bowls you would like to store or serve the pudding in. Pour the mix into them.

Step 4 :

Place the pudding containers in the refrigerator and let it set for 5-6 hours.
