Take a bowl besan, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder with a water mix well.

Grease the idli plates and switch on the steamer with enough water.

Pour 1 tablespoons of idli batter into each impression and stack up all the idli plates and steam for 10-12 mins. Rest it for another 3-4 mins and unmould the idli plate.

Dip idli in the besan batter and deep fry it in hot oil.

Cut the idlis and place it on the serving plate. Add to curd, imli ki meethi chutney, green chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomato, pomegranate, sev and coriander.
