This is a healthy, tasty and easy recipe prepared from only a few ingredients which are usually available at home. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or tiffin box.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix wheat flour, little oil, salt and knead it into a dough. Cover and set it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2 :

Grate the cheese and mix it with salt, chopped onions, Coriander Leaves and green chillies.

Step 3 :

Take a small portion of dough, roll it a little bit, stuff the cheese filling, cover it and roll again to the size of chapatti.

Step 4 :

Heat the paratha on a pre-heated tawa on both the sides until it is fully done. Use oil as needed.

Step 5 :

Serve hot as is or with ghee, butter or other condiments such as ketchup, pickle, curds, raitha, etc.
