Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, chilli powder, chopped chillies and add little water to make a dough.

Shape it into round balls and keep aside.

Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 150-degree temperate and place the balls in air fryer pan. Let it fry for 7-8 minutes at 160-degree temperature. (You can fry them the regular way if you do not have an air fryer).

In the meantime, chop the beans, cabbage and onions nicely. Add oil and garlic pieces. Stir fry.

Now increase the temperature of the air fryer to 200 and fry them for 2 -3 minutes.

Add salt and chilli powder to vegetables.

Add soya sauce to the vegetables and saute it for less than one minute.

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup water with cornflour and pour in the vegetables. Add water in it and let it boil.

When the gravy gets almost dry, add the fried Manchurian balls in it and cook it for 2 minutes.

Garnish with grated cheese, green chilli and onions.
