Place one slice on the microwave safe opalware. Spread butter on the upper side of the bread. Put the cheese slice on it.

Take another bread slice and cut a hole out of a centre using a small round cutter. Put this slice on the other slice.

Gently break the egg into the hole and pour it in the centre. Prick the yellow egg yolk, so that it will not burst while cooking it in microwave. Spread grated processed cheese over the egg.

Sprinkle salt, chat masala, black pepper powder, oregano and red chili powder over the egg. Cook it with a cover in the microwave at high power for 1 minute 10 seconds.
Step 5
:
Remove the lid and again cook it for 20 seconds. It’s ready! Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
