A healthy quinoa sweet recipe without any added sugar!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cook quinoa according to the instruction on the pack.

Step 2 :

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add pistachios and cashew nuts. Fry for about 5 minutes over a medium-low flame. Allow it to cool slightly and grind to form a coarse powder.

Step 3 :

Add the cooked quinoa and nuts powder to a mixing bowl. Add the pitted dates and flax seeds.

Step 4 :

Mix well using your fingertips, until it is combined (use a food processor if desired). Grease your palms with olive oil and roll the mixture into 1.5 inches balls.

Step 5 :

Serve immediately or once cool.
