Paneer Cheese Pops

A delicious deep-fried treat concocted out of paneer, Amul cheese, cornflour and seasonings.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Grate paneer, add 2-3 teaspoons of cornflour, black pepper and salt. Mix well and keep aside in one bowl.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, grate mozzarella and add oregano and chilli flakes.

Step 3 :

Crush 2 raw papads in mixer and keep aside.

Step 4 :

In a separate bowl, take 3 teaspoons cornflour powder. Add salt, black pepper and little water. Prepare a thick batter.

Step 5 :

Take the paneer from the first bowl and make a lemon sized ball. Make a small hole in between and put the grated cheese as a filling.

Step 6 :

Close it as a ball and dip it in the cornflour bowl.

Step 7 :

Wrap it in the papad crush mix. Prepare all balls like this. Fry in warm oil for 2 minutes and serve hot.
