First make the momo base by making the dough of all-purpose flour and arrowroot. Stuff it with filling with masala made by adding cheese, paneer, peas, salt and masalas.

Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once the momo is ready, put it in the tandoor.

Grill for 5 to 7 minutes.

Once grilled, take it out from tandoor and marinate it with mint chutney and red chilli chutney.
