Tangled Spaghetti

A one pot dish filled with the deliciousness of spaghetti, sausages, veggies and sauces.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Defrost the sausages and cut them into 1 inch portions.

Step 2 :

Push 3-4 spaghetti sticks through the sausage portions.

Step 3 :

Boil water with little oil. Immerse the spaghetti with the sausages. Once they are partially soft and cooked, take them out and put them under cold water.

Step 4 :

Stir fry all the veggies you love (along with bell pepper and onion, I sometimes add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, carrots, etc).

Step 5 :

Add salt and black pepper.

Step 6 :

Once the veggies have softened, add the spaghetti with the sausages. Mix it well.

Step 7 :

Simmer on the least flame and add ketchup, vinegar and soya sauce (if you like it), etc. (remove etc)

Step 8 :

Switch off the flame. Mix well and add oregano.

Step 9 :

Serve hot.

Step 10 :

Adding shredded cheese is optional.
