Defrost the sausages and cut them into 1 inch portions.

Push 3-4 spaghetti sticks through the sausage portions.

Boil water with little oil. Immerse the spaghetti with the sausages. Once they are partially soft and cooked, take them out and put them under cold water.

Stir fry all the veggies you love (along with bell pepper and onion, I sometimes add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, carrots, etc).

Add salt and black pepper.

Once the veggies have softened, add the spaghetti with the sausages. Mix it well.

Simmer on the least flame and add ketchup, vinegar and soya sauce (if you like it), etc. (remove etc)
