In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, water, salt and oil. Mix it well and knead it into a dough. Keep it aside by closing it with butter paper.

Boil peas and potato. Mash it finely after peeling the potato skin.

Chop cabbages in strips.

Mix all these vegetables together with Schezwan sauce, salt and chilli powder. If you wish, you can add tomato sauce along with the Schezwan sauce.

Make a flat round of the dough. Add mozzarella cheese and then fill it with the vegetables mix. Finally grate the mozzarella cheese on top of it.

Now take the all-purpose flour and add water to bring it to a paste consistency. Take the cheese fingers and apply the paste all over it and roll it onto the bread crumbs.

In a pan, pour oil. Once it gets hot, take the cheese fingers and fry it until it turns out into golden brown colour.

Cut the cheese fingers diagonally. Cut the spring onion leaves and garnish it. You can serve it with tomato sauce.
