Boil potato with peas and mash them. Add spices and other ingredients (besan, breadcrumb, salt, chaat masala, black paper powder, finely chopped methi leaves and coriander leaves).

Take small mixture and keep the one cheese cube in the middle.

Dip it in corn starch batter and dust them with bread crumbs.

Once all the nuggets are ready, put them in a plate and refrigerate for 40 minutes to set.

Heat oil in a pan fry till they turn crispy brown.
