Take 1 tsp instant yeast and add it in 3/4th cup warm water with 1 tsp of brown sugar. Let it rest for about 15 minutes (so that the yeast can proof well).

Take 2 cups of refined flour and add 1 tsp salt and the yeast water mixture. Knead the dough with some olive oil.

Knees the dough until you get a sticky and smooth consistency. This will take around 5-8 minutes.

Leave the dough in a closed container for 3 hours and then punch the dough and wrap it in a cling wrap. Let it rest in the refrigerator for a day (this step can be skipped but it is better if you do it).

Next day, take out your dough and coat it with some cornmeal so that it does not stick.

Hand stretch the dough to 9 inches and put the stretched pizza dough into a 9-inch silicon cake mould. The silicon cake mould is used as we need to evenly heat the pizza at a high temperature.

Then apply the pizza sauce, and add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the ratio 2:1. Add the desired toppings like sliced jalapenos, olives and paprika. After adding all the toppings, sprinkle some dried thyme and rosemary and some mixed herbs. Drizzle some olive oil in the end over the pizza.

Bake for 14-17 minutes or until all the cheese has melted and the pizza crust looks golden brown.

Take out the pizza from the cake mould and slice it. Serve with Italian seasoning.
