Preparation

Step 1 :

Beat 3 eggs, chopped onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, green chilli in a small bowl until blended.

Step 2 :

Heat butter in a non-stick omelette pan over medium heat until hot.

Step 3 :

Pour in egg mixture and make sure it is spread over edges.

Step 4 :

Continue cooking, tilting the pan and gently and moving the cooked portions as needed.

Step 5 :

When top surface of omelette gets thickened, flip the omelette and heat it until it gets brown in colour.

Step 6 :

Put the shredded cheese on the top surface and fold the omelette.

Step 7 :

Slide omelette onto plate and eat!
