Knead the dough using all ingredients in set 1. Keep aside.

In a pan, take oil and temper hing on a low flame.

Gently toast crushed peas until it lets out a toasty smell. Spread the mix on a pan and let it cool.

In another non-stick tawa/pan, roast 1 flattened nachani (ragi) roti (it should be thin). Lightly roast both sides using an oil spray. Make another one just like the above.
Step 5

Keep one nachani roti on a tawa and spread the stuffing mix. Cover with another roti and roast on both sides.

Make sure that you roast both rotis on a low flame to avoid them getting hard.

Cut into pieces, serve hot with curd/green chutney.
