Step 1 :
In a bowl, take maida and add baking powder. Mix well.
Step 2 :
In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add condensed milk and cocoa powder. Mix well.
Step 3 :
In this mixture, add maida mixture to make batter and whisk for 5 minutes.
Step 4 :
Now pour the batter into the greased baking dish and place it inside the pre-heated cooker.
Step 5 :
Close the lid without the whistle. Bake it for 25 minutes.
Step 6 :
After 25 minutes, open the lid. Take a toothpick or stick and test the cake with it. If it comes out clean, that means the cake is ready
Step 7 :
Now take it out from dish and put it in fridge. Before serving, decorate it with icing sugar, cream or gems.
