Step 1 :
Pierce long toothpicks into fresh strawberries.
Step 2 :
Dip the strawberries into chocolate syrup and freeze them for 30 minutes.
Step 3 :
Make a batter using white flour, sugar, cornflour, salt, oil, baking soda, baking powder, egg and water.
Step 4 :
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Step 5 :
Dip the frozen chocolate covered strawberries in the batter. Deep fry them in the oil.
Step 6 :
Serve the strawberry lollipops with a mixture of chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
