This is a recipe for veg tawa, this is my sister's favourite dish. It can be used as a side dish with rotis.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a kadai, add oil and the cumin seeds till they crackle.

Step 2 :

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Step 3 :

Add the onions and again saute till they turn brown.

Step 4 :

Add the other vegetables one by one, add some turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, kasoori methi.

Step 5 :

Close it with a lid for 6-9 minutes till they are cooked.

Step 6 :

Open and serve hot with rotis.
