Put milk in a vessel and bring it to a boil.
Reduce the flame to medium.
Keep stirring and scratch the foam from the sides. It will give it a granule texture to the rabri.
Keep doing this until the milk reduces to half. Once done, add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
When it reduces to 1/3 of its original volume, turn off the flame. Keep it aside to cool.
Boil 200 ml of water in a saucepan and take it off.
Empty half contents of the pack in water and stir it until it fully dissolves.
Pour this into a mould and keep it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, later place it into the refrigerator.
Apply melted butter to the bread.
Grill it either in the microwave or in a pan until it becomes crispy and brown.
Cut it into a small square pieces.
Take a serving bowl, add a layer of rabri to it, add layer of bread on the top and pour the rose syrup on it.
Add 1 tbsp of diced apples over it, place another layer of rabri and add a scoop of jelly over it.
The dish is now ready to serve.
