Step 1 :

Blend tomatoes to a fine puree.

Step 2 :

In a pan heat butter. Add ginger and garlic paste to it and saute it well.

Step 3 :

Once done, add tomato puree and cook till the raw tomato smell vanishes.

Step 4 :

Add red chilli powder and salt.

Step 5 :

Stir it well and strain it in a serving bowl.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle pepper and serve it hot.
