Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil potatoes along water and salt.

Step 2 :

Once done, peel the potatoes and dice them into cubes.

Step 3 :

In a kadai, heat olive oil and deep fry the potato pieces for 15 minutes.

Step 4 :

Finely, chop coriander leaves and mint leaves and set it aside.

Step 5 :

Transfer the fried potato pieces into a bowl. Add dry mango powder, salt, lemon and red chili powder to it. Give it a good toss.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with chopped mint and coriander leaves before serving.
