This is an easy to prepare ladoo recipe for coconut lovers.

Step 1 :

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.

Step 2 :

Add sugar, cardamom powder and 400 gm desiccated coconut to it.

Step 3 :

Keep stirring the milk to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan.

Step 4 :

Once the milk starts to dry and leave the sides of the pan, switch off the gas.

Step 5 :

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and make ladoos from it.

Step 6 :

Now, roll these balls in the remaining desiccated coconut. Ensure to well coat each ladoo.

Step 7 :

As garnish, insert a chopped almond in each of the ladoos.
