Anda Masala is a lip smacking spicy boiled egg recipe to be eaten better with roti.

Step 1 :

Boil the eggs and peel them.

Step 2 :

In a pan, heat oil and add finely chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.

Step 3 :

Now, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.

Step 4 :

Add tomatoes and saute till it is done.

Step 5 :

Then add all masalas and salt, saute it for a minute.

Step 6 :

Add a little water, cook for few seconds till the water boils.

Step 7 :

Cut the boiled eggs in half and add in the gravy. Put the gravy masala over the eggs, cover them well and cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame.

Step 8 :

Serve hot, garnish with coriander leaves.
