Oats Halwa is a healthy halwa recipe without any added sugar. It is rich in proteins and vitamins too.

Step 1 :

Take a pan and roast the oats slightly for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 2 :

Once done, keep it aside to cool down.

Step 3 :

In the same pan roast dry fruits on low flame.

Step 4 :

Take a mixer jar and powder it.

Step 5 :

In a large pan, pour milk, add powdered oats and dry fruits and mix well.

Step 6 :

Now, add jaggery powder and ghee. Stir it continuously.

Step 7 :

Once it turns into halwa consistency, switch off the stove.
